Project 3

Three Interview Questions to ask

-When faced with adversity how have you overcome it in the past or how would you like to overcome it in the future?

-When put in a group with someone you do not like, how do you make it work and get the best product possible?

-How would you describe yourself in the workplace?

Value Moments

Loyalty- When it comes to working, I feel as though I am very loyal. For the last six years I have had the same job and have loved every minute of doing it. I have a great relationship with my boss and other employees, and they are people that will be in my life for a long time. So, when it comes to me being a longtime employee here at your company, you know that is exactly what I want to be.

Hardworking- Not only have I worked at that place for six years, I have also shot up the ranks during my time. I first started off as a volunteer where I was not getting paid, but then after only a couple weeks I was promoted up to a support staff position. After my short stint as a support staff, I was once again promoted to half day within the next year. Within the next year after that, I was promoted to full day where I stayed for three years. After those three years I was promoted again to a much bigger position and became a coordinator. This was a big deal because I was much younger than the other coordinators but still did my job very well.

Trusted- If my boss where to ever needed anything done, I would always be the first one he would ask. These texts would come on weekends, holidays, and even birthdays but I would always go because I knew he needed help and that I would be able to help him. It got to the point where he would even trust me with buying things through the company’s account and at such a young age, that is a hard trust to build no matter who you are.

Three Interview Questions to be asked

-What would you say your biggest weakness is and why?

-How do you conduct yourself in the workplace?

-How do you think other people look at you and do you like that they look at you like that?

Questions About the Sample

For our sample, I think that it looks very neat and official. There is a nice split of bullet points and paragraph form. We also have what I believe to be the best job title in the class and with that being the first thing you see, you can’t go wrong. One thing I notice is that it sounds like we only want you here to do a job and not join the “team.” I think we could improve this by adding somewhere that “we want someone who will want to be a part of our team” not just “we want someone to do this job.”
